ORDER PROCESSING TIME: 1-5 business days during normal store hours. Processing time for larger orders is between 5-10 business days. Each package, whether small or large, is carefully packaged to prevent damage.

ORDER CANCELLATION: An order may be cancelled 24 hours after it’s been placed online for a full refund. Orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a 5% stock fee that will not be refunded. Once an order has shipped, all SALES ARE FINAL. At Eden Body Care LLC/ Pure Eden Soap LLC , we reserve the right to cancel any unshipped order. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any orders when unable to communicate with the customer. 

SHIPPING & HANDLING: We may charge a small handling fee with each order.  This is to pay for extra packaging supplies that’s needed to prevent possible damage to the order.  Here at Eden Body Care LLC, we use Flat Shipping rates from USPS that can change at any giving time. More Advance and accurate shipping rates will be provided soon.

 MISSING PACKAGES:  Eden Body Care LLC/ Pure Eden Soap LLC are not responsible for any missing packages that have been delivered to your Front/back door or mailbox. Any missing order that has been delivered and is still missing will need to be consulted to your local Post Office.
